Who is Kelly Landau?

Just received a flyer from one Kelly Landau who is looking for 'unmodernised properties' in this area, and says she(?) is a cash buyer. Is this another HMO developer in the offing?

(A quick google search turned up several freedom of information requests to local councils asking for information about people in mortgage arrears...)

Whoever she is it’s a smart move. A few hundred thousand in start up capital, an eye for design and a 4-5 year investment horison can probably get you a sweet 30-40% internal rate of return.
