Hi guys, appreciate any help with this!
My front door is jamming, to the point where it's getting impossible to open without almost kicking it down. I believe it's getting caught on the door frame. I have tightened the hinges etc, but this doesn't seem to have helped.
It's only started happening the past couple of weeks, but was also an issue over the winter time.
Any ideas what it could be? And, secondly, do you know of anyone that could help?

As you say only happened in last 2 weeks - guess this is due to high temperatures. doors will swell, is it wooden door? My front door does the same, it can be corrected, but with heat and cold it will keep happening.
There is an excellent Locksmith on Blackstock Road, google them, clean professional. Although, it isn't your locks that seem to be the problem.
It may need a handyman re jamming, I know someone, so holler if you want his number.
good luck.
A very low-tech remedy - not a total fix though - is to rub a wax candle on the strip of door and doorframe where the sticking is happening.
Hi Joe. My name's Steve Roberts and I'm a local window cleaner and I do handyman jobs as well. 07946-587912 ..When you tightened the screws did they bite? .....if a couple just turn around it might be worth your while to try a couple of longer one's. Good Luck. Steve Roberts your friendly neighborhood window cleaner.
