Do they have a base to stop the salt staining and where are you located?

Hi, they have transparent rubber stops underneath so they are raised off the surface. I am near Turnpike lane tube station on the Westbury Ave side.

Great, I know you say they are working. Just wondered do they come with bulbs? I was heading up to WG tomorrow, would it be convenient to come by in the morning? Helen
