Aside from losing our lovely sorting office I am worried about the impact on traffic.  We all know the horrors of driving to the Arena then getting stuck for 8 hours.  The traffic plan for this proposal makes the assumption that people coming to the new shops would've come anyway so there will be no additional traffic and therefore no additional parking required.  As we don't know what the new shops are this seems rather spurious.

Let your opinions be known on the planning portal, it's very easy to do via that link - or you can write a response on actual paper.

The original planning application for the Arena site , which I was involved in contesting, were a masterwork of spin when it came to the subject of traffic management. At the same time as vastly increasing the number of car parking spaces, they seemed to be suggesting that there would be barely any increase in vehicles visiting the site, hence no problem with congestion in the area!

I don't think contesting the change of use application will make any difference to the PO plans to close the sorting office, as that is clearly nothing to do with Haringey.
