David Lammy promoted in cabinet reshuffle

Tottenham MP David Lammy has been promoted by Gordon Brown to the role of Minister of State for Higher Education.
Alongside the position in the Department for Innovation, Universities and Skills, Mr Lammy will also join the Privy Council.
