Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

I don't know if it's because last April was the warmest on record or if it's because I'm getting older, but the cool weather this month seems almost unremitting. I long for some warmer weather. Our temepratures have hovered around 8, 9 or 10, which apparently is the average for London in April.

The forecast for next week shows things warming up to 13 on Monday then moving up to 16. Can't wait!

(Oh and the Met Office forecasts a typical British summer this year, whatever that means. But then last year they forecast a scorcher. Clearly longer-term forecasting is still in it's infancy).
