Fishmonger with a van

Every Monday evening, our regular fish supplier, Craig Stevens, comes by appointment to deliver fresh fish.  He's a Grimsby man and he picks up stock from Billingsgate.

Craig tells me that he has a few customers in the ladder.  I can't say that his fish is cheap, but it is good and reliable.  Moreover, if we are after a particular thing, we can call him to place an order.
