You can leave flowers on the corner just past at the foot of the bridge. This was a terrorist attack on the whole community. We remain united not divided.

Gina and I went to prayers and a meeting today at Wightman Road Mosque. The Haringey Police Borough Commander, Cllr Eugene Ayisi who holds the Cabinet portfolio for Community Safety were also there along with many members of the congregation. We discussed the attack, its impact and what measures can be taken to ensure people attending their mosques feel safe. Emine is away at a conference but has been in touch all along.

There is a vigil at 8pm tonight outside Finsbury Park Mosque, St Thomas's Road, N4 2QH "in solidarity with everyone affected and standing united in peace"
