HUGE Double bedroom to rent in newly renovated 4 bedroom house

Hi all,

We have recently (painstakingly!) renovated our house and we're looking for a considerate housemate to join us.

The house is a four bedroom, 2 bathroom and 1 WC period property with a large well-maintained garden, sash windows. As mentioned, it's recently been renovated including electrics, new boiler, brand new kitchen with top of the range appliances and bathrooms. I could probably bore you with the details, but I'll refrain! As we've only recently moved in, we're still missing a few items of furniture - however the room will come as furnished as you like. There is also a lounge and a dining room with patio doors out in to the garden.

The room is 5.45m x 3.90m (17.11 x 12.10ft!) and has three sash windows and a fireplace. Currently it has a brand new hand-made king size bed and mattress with floor to ceiling shelves and a fireplace. We're hoping to purchase a chest of drawers and a wardrobe before you move in.

The rent is £650 plus bills (~£100/m incl Council Tax/electricity/water/gas/broadband and cleaner fortnightly).

Currently, there are three of us. My brother, Libby and I. Between us we work in Medicine and Publishing. We are open minded, LOVE good food as well as music, theatre, film etc. What we'd really like is someone who is warm and considerate who will treat the house as a home and not just a place to live. We enjoy dinner together from time to time but also like our own space as well as the space at the Salisbury - 3 minutes walk away.

Terms include no agency fees etc, but one month deposit. At least one month notice on both sides. If this sounds good to you, please PM me with a few lines about yourself and I can send you some more pictures and hopefully meet!
