looking for someone to do painting and damp proofing

We are too looking for someone who does damp proofing. Do you ming sending me the details of the guy you used?

Also, we need someone to fix our gas fire..Could you, by any chance, recommend anyone?

We had an independent damp surveyor come and look at our house, not someone who then wanted to sell us damp proofing.  The previous owners had had some damp proofing injected into the wall under the stairs, and it was still really damp, and this guy said that it wasn't rising damp at all, so the injection was pointless.
