Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!
Bookbinder needed
I managed to pick up a pocket guidebook to London from 1820 for a few quid. The pages and maps are in excellent condition but the outer binding and spine need some serious attention. Does anyone know of a bookbinder, or even an enthusiastic amateur, who might like to take a look?

Nice find! And interesting to know that a craft is surviving locally. Another suggestion - City Lit college do bookbinding courses so the tutors may have contacts.

Actually I'm starting a City Lit course in January so one of the more advanced students might be interested in a project. Good idea Alyson
