Well done for trying to help the dog. If you are able to catch the dog and get it safe inside, that would be great. Hopefully the dog will have collar id and be microchipped.

I've notified Stokey Cats and Dogs and also All Dogs Matter.

Hopefully they will get to it, but sadly I am not around and the little fella was not best pleased when I tried to get him this morning- s/he was petrified

I found him running across wightman road, he nearly got run over poor little thing. He'd been lost for 24 hrs so must have slept outside. He's been reunited with his owner now
