Another recommendation - Real Appliances

I went into Real Appliances in Crouch End to ask about a problem with my fridge-freezer. The manufacturer had quoted £128 plus vat and parts to come out, whereas this place only charge £50 call-out.

But in the end they explained carefully to me how to solve the problem myself, and also gave me some advice about the dishwasher as well - ten minutes of their time, all for nothing. (I haven't tackled the fridge yet as it means emptying the whole thing out, but I have confidence it will do the trick.) They seem really genuine and great customer service and I will certainly call them again if I need anything.
