HoL Advertiser Complains about Getting Too Much Business

We don't normally make much of a hoo-ha about our advertising, but couldn't resist sharing this story.

We had an interesting text this morning. An advertiser who's been with us a few months texted and asked us to suspend his ad for a month as he was getting more business than he could handle.

We can track how many times an ad is seen and how often it is clicked, but it's always more difficult to know the impact it has on people's business. If asked, my stock answer is that anecdotally it works very well for some people and less well for others. I have to be honest though and say that this is the first time we've had a complaint about one of our ads generating too much business!
