Help! Urgently need temp parking permits for 3 days. Collect asap

Hi,

I applied and paid for parking permits on 24th March and they still haven't arrived, but my visiting family have. Does anybody have any spare permits for sale. They have had a miserable first day going from car park to car park in the rain :0(
We are on warham on the ladder.

i just spoke with council. i ordered on 30 March. over 1000 orders in backlog. no information on website that the delay could be more than 2 weeks. they hope i'll get mine next week. have builders coming on Monday morning.  how can they run out of parking permits?!?!

I just had a huge trauma over getting a first annual permit.  They kept changing the goalposts on the info they wanted me to provide in addition to the documentation I provided at the outset, then not responding for another week - result is a parking permit with a start date of the day it ought to have been issued had they not kept pestering me for more stuff, and I'm three weeks out of pocket on day permits or the annual permit, depending on how you look at it.

Do you know if the backlog is for all areas? We have been waiting a few weeks for ours for WG zone- what were yours? We are down to our last one today and haven't been able to get through on the phone.

I called them before Easter and complained that I hadn't got my hourly permits and they sent me some free 1 day permits which arrived the next day. They told me they would be posting out the hourly permits last week but they still haven't arrived.

"running out" is ridiculous - sounds like someone forgot to order them.

Not sure if this helpful but you can go to the council offices Wood Green and pick some up in person.

I did this earlier this year.
