Thanks - looks like a regional tourism promo to me. Maybe the Lublin Tourism organisation is ramping up for the World Travel Market expo?

They are there again this morning (for another hour, prob til 1pm) outside the same place, the Green Lanes Café next to Tesco. Yes it's for a regional tourism promotion. All sorts of Polish provisions inside the promo box that they give you.
