Re-offered due to time-wasters, two bags of glass jars, mostly with lids, mostly jam-jar sized.  Take some or all.

and Ikea shelf unit/room divider, vertical or horizontal, could be used for storing LPs.  Very like this but the shelves are thicker and I haven't checked the measurements - can do but the builders are imminent.  Birch colour.  Free (£35 current listing).

Collect from Seven Sisters, very near the tube.

Pam, forgive me for piggybacking on your post. I also have a box of glass jars, several dozen, all with lids. Perhaps whoever takes yours would also like mine? I'm in West Green.

Katie

I can't bear to thrown them out either.  Hoping that this is pickling season.

Pam, I cannot bear (bare? never know which...) to see them wasted. I have 4 packing cases full of empty ones for my jam and chutneys, which at time has put my marriage under strain. My obsessions are not my wife's.

However, if no one will take them I will have them, but I will happily wait to see if someone else would have a productive use for them first...

I will check in with you both next week and see if they have gone.

Ha! There is a rhyme for everything. Sadly not taught in my 1970s/80 comp up north...

Shelf thingy probably gone, subject to collection.  Jars still waiting their destiny though now rescued from very nearly going in the bin.

Pam, Katie. I will plan a trip on Tues 20th as I have other things to do, I will message you both and see if we can pick up the jars if no one has taken them yet...

All taken, off to exciting new lives.
