Please vote for Kayla to have a chance to win the Gap competition

Hi all,

We entered our daughter Kayla in the Gap Casting Call competition and our little angel is now one of the 10 finalists in her age group (0-4). She is almost 2. We are immensely proud of her. She can now win a photo shoot and become one of the faces of the Gap Children autumn collection. For this we need your help. She needs to get as many votes as possible to have a chance of winning. Unfortunately none of our friends and family in Australia or Germany can vote for her. So we need as much local support as possible so she can have a real shot at it.

If you want to vote, please click on the link below, enter the email address (untick the box so you won't get unwanted email ) and then vote for Kayla int he age group 0-4. By the way you can do this once a day for the next 7 days ;-)

Many thanks for your vote in advance. We'll let you know how it goes. I also attached the photo so you can see on the Gap website so you know who Kayla is ;-)

Hi, there's nothing wrong with mustering up some local support, especially if your friends and family in Australia can't vote.

Website worked fine for me too, Kayla is cute and I was happy to vote. Once I cast my vote, gap displayed the message "Thanks for voting! Come back tomorrow to vote again and help your favourites win a spot in our campaign!"

I'll keep voting for Kayla. Good luck guys :)

Many thanks Julia. Much appreciated

I had no problem with the website and have voted for her - good luck!

Thanks a lot.

I have voted.  Good luck.

Awesome. Thanks a lot
Dominik. I just went into the website from France. It defaults to French entrants but there's a little button at the top right that gives you a drop down to change countries so managed to vote for Kayla. This might also work for your families and friends in Germany and Austria. Also got no firewall warnings.
John - I doubt very much that most of the people voting know any of the entrants for this competition but as Dominik, Jen and Kayla are my neighbours does that make my vote count double?

It looks like clickbait Michael. But good luck to Kayla.

Dunno what clickbait is John but in the days of yore, to drum up support, a parent would have got others (complete strangers that is) to vote by sticking up posters or getting an article in the local press. Now, I would imagine, all of the parents are using social media to do the same thing.

Clickbait is where a company tries to boost their profile on Google, etc by clicking on their website as often as possible. Why does Gap want people to vote 7 times ?

I honestly thought it was something like a chick flick! Yes, of course Gap want something out of it.
Many thanks Michael. I am in Germany right now and here the website takes you straight to the Gap store. You don't even get to see the voting website...annoyingly.
