About a dozen new rectangular planters will be appearing on Harringay's stretch of Green Lanes in the near future. 

They will be put in front of shops where the pavement is widest and will be sponsored and maintained by the individual premises, with the help of the Traders’ Association.  ( I guess this means Mr Mehmet's going to be busy!)
