I don't know of anywhere local, and yell.com only gives an outfit in Garrett Lane SW18 which is Wimbledon way, and another in St Albans. An alternative is a sharpening kit - see here - worked well for me some years ago (since discarded, sorry). I bought it at either B&Q or Homebase but neither now shows it online. You could ask Sunshine Garden Centre in Bounds Green if they have such a thing, they're pretty good at tools.

Thank you for looking! I tried calling Sunshine but unfortunately they don't do it. Will keep trying!
