Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Hi folks,

This Sunday, 24 May at St. Paul's, Harringay (on Wightman Road near Harringay station), we'll be having a service of Choral Evensong and Benediction for Pentecost at 6 pm with music from the Evensong Choir (guest organist Michael Haslam, guest conductor Marianne Rizkallah) including:

Introit: Attwood, Come Holy Ghost
Setting: Byrd Second Service
Responses: Clucas
Anthem: Samuel Sebastian Wesley, Wash Me Throughly

Fr. Eric and Alice invite the congregation to join them in the vicarage garden for a (soon to be) traditional Pentecost barbecue!

We hope to see lots of you there!

Can't help thinking the BBQ is a secular bribe!

I prefer to think of it as a reward! But seriously, we often have refreshments after services -there's even a cuppa in it on a Sunday morning - it's a great way to get to know others within the church community, and our friends and neighbours.
