Garden clearance - Removing paving stones & concrete to make a garden

Hello! 

Does anyone have recommendations for someone who could take up paving stones and remove any concrete in a garden so that we can create a garden with grass?

It doesn't require landscaping/gardening just yet, just need someone who knows how to do this and has the right tools?

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
