Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

HMRC insanely hopeless

My previous experience of HMRC has been positive; helpful telephone calls always sorted out my issues. I recently moved house and filled in their webfrom re same. I received an email to tell my it didn't check out and could I phone or write. the weblink takes you to a general info page where I couldn't find any info and a google search takes me to the same page...insane..

If you've previously been happy with the service from HMRC, it's a bit much to say they're insanely hopeless just because you can't find their telephone number.

yes found the number on older corespondence and it rang for 20 minutes so gave up....cuts cuts cuts I think a major state organisation which has remodelled its website to avoid you finding a phone number is hardly a mistake.....
