Car broken into on Seymour Road
Car parked in front of 113 Seymour road had the passenger window smashed into, and glove compartment and compartment between seats are opened. Took photographs and of window and numberplate. Whom am I supposed to report to? Saw it 1445, and was busy up to now. Mona

Saw this too a couple of days ago when two policemen were having a look at it. Was hoping they were going to do something about sealing the broken window but they have not. In this weather the interior of the car will get ruined. Is it ok to put a plastic bin bag over the window or should we leave it alone? Not sure what the etiquette is...
