Remembrance Day Services in Haringey

Wood Green War Memorial

• Sunday 9 November at 10.45am
  Meet at Wood Green Civic Centre from 10.30am. Following the service at the memorial, the Mayor will be holding a reception in the Civic Centre.

Hornsey War Memorial

• Sunday 9 November at 10.15am
  The Middlesex Regiment Association and cadets at Hornsey will hold a short wreath laying service at the War Memorial site, Hornsey Health Centre, 151 Park Road, N8.
  This will be followed by a service at the St. Mary-with-St. George Church in Cranley Gardens, N10.

Tottenham War Memorial

• Sunday 9 November at 10.45am
  Meet at Tottenham Town Hall, Town Hall Approach Road. 
  The preceeding service is at 9.30am, Holy Trinity Church, Philip Lane, N15.

Tottenham Cemetery

• Tuesday 11 November at 10.45am
  A service at the War Memorial in the Garden of Remembrance, with local school-children and members of the clergy. Held in support of the Royal British Legion’s appeal. Poppies and collection boxes will be placed at both River Park House and the Civic Centre reception areas and in all Haringey Libraries.

Remembrance Day Concert

• Tuesday, 11 November 2014, 7.30pm (doors open 7pm)
  World-renowned organist Jennifer Bate will perform on the recently restored Harrison's organ. She will be joined by Crispin Steele-Perkins on trumpet.
  Tickets are priced at £15 (£10 concession). Book online via St James Church website or from the St.James' bookshop and at the door.
  The concert is being held in support of the charity Help for Heroes
