Karaoke anyone ?
A lady friend would like to go to a karaoke bar next Saturday.
Any suggestions ?
Probably middle of the road rather than cutting edge. South American material would be wonderful but perhaps a bit too much to ask

It's not a bar, but the wonderful Mish and Russ will be doing their karaoke thing at K K McCool's pub on West Green Road / Black Boy Lane, next Saturday (6th), probably from 9pm-12 midnight.
It's a very small pub, but it's friendly and everyone joins in (regulars, and those who come just for the karaoke).
I don't know what there is in the way of South American material, but there's usually a good range of music... and abilities.
