Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

See NASA's website to find out what you're looking at. Apparently, the part between the two visible craters is where the Apollo 15 astronauts drove around in their moon buggy. Click the picture for a clearer version of the image.

"The entire resources of the Imperial Laboratory are at your disposal."  [Emperor Ming]Wonderful picture, Hugh!

Beautiful photograph!

I thought you'd downloaded it from NASA, until I read the rest of the posts.

What an excellent photo.  I have great difficulty getting my camera to focus on the moon unless there is something solid nearby in the frame.  Even then, the best I can do is nowhere near your masterpiece.

I focus manually, Dick. I see that you're using an Olympus SP-810UZ. Can you use focus manually with that camera? Also, can you zoom in on the LCD display whilst composing a shot? If you combine those two things, you get the best chance of a sharp focus for a moon shot.
