I'm looking for some advice on HIIT training. I'm starting back after a long course of medication and am impatient to get fit again and to lose the paunch I gained while living a sedentary life under medical instruction. HIIT look good. I'm still off work, am not at all young but now healthy and have played squash, cycled etc which I will resume shortly. I 've looked online but links all seem to link to pay-for videos and classes. I don't blame fitness pro's for making a living but I'm looking for a fairly basic workout instruction. I don't want to go to classes but don't mind spending a bit of money on a good dvd. Anyone got any experience they could share?

I've just started doing these videos on line.. All HIIT. I love them because they are short and regular. So the results are quick especially if you eat healthy.
