3 little ducklings can you see, New River Wild Life

Unfortunately my son noticed three kids with a large dog were throwing stones at them, I approached them and asked them to stop, the ducklings managed swam to safety.

Please don't key my car.

Please don't drop your fast food cartons in my front garden.

Please don't let your dog crap on the pavement.

Please don't spit out your chewing gum on the street.

Please don't dump your bicycle right in the shop doorway where blind or partially-sighted people will fall over it.

Please don't steal the park daffodils.

Good luck with that, but I'm not holding my breath.

What's up? It seems like Matthew asked the kids to stop and they did. The polite approach worked. Kids need that too, they are just humans like us. I would've done exactly the same. I'm Not advocating chucking bricks and ducks! What would you have done in this situation?

I would have told them not to do it. And they would have been in no doubt as to why.

Sharon, you and I are from different generations, but I ( and MY children ) would never have dreamt of throwing stones at any bird or any other animal, or doing any of the things in my post above. So why do today's children think it's OK ?

Thanks. There are a few pics from Canada but no mountains, the most mountainous looking are probably some shots from Ireland.

I see you are stalking me again TBD. I wish I was flattered but I find it creepy! I don't like children being referred to as 'Bastards' or as 'Feral'.that's all. Keep your personal opinions about me to yourself or go and write them down in a diary, that's healthiest.
