It's also not technically a murder until such a time as that verdict is passed. That point aside, I agree that turing this into a game for profiteering purposes is tasteless.

I disagree. A murder has taken place. A person has been deliberately killed. Whether someone will be convicted of it is another thing.

Wow Abster thanks for not getting drawn into the discussion but nevertheless pontificating on my qualifications for having an opinion! Perhaps you could clarify your own qualifications for deciding that? Without getting drawn into a discussion as of course your massive sense of inflated modesty would never allow you to do that!

I don't think I need to, do I? My opinions are as irrelevant as yours because neither of us are going to be the one to decide on what happened. There's a judge doing that job for us.

Moral outrage from the Government and Opposition front benches on this one. Except probably Harriet Harman. Her son, Harry, works for Paddy Power and is actually one of the team who dream up these stunts.
