Anyone else disturbed by the loud noise of a drummer?

Someone often plays drums loudly, particularly in the afternoons. It's in the Cavendish/Wightman/Duckett road area. Could do with some peace....

This. It's unfortunate, but if it isn't late at night or early in the morning then you kinda have to suck it up! Whoever it is has the right to practice in their own home.
