Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Fire on Allison Road

There seems to have been a fire on an upstairs flat in Alison Road this morning, just before the passage on the southern side.

There was six fire engines, several police cars and a couple of Ambulances. The damage from the passage looks pretty bad.

I hope that all are safe.

I was going to take photos, but it didn't seem right somehow.

Anyone know anymore?

The people I spoke to thought nobody was hurt but there was a lot of damage.

In amongst all the vehicles attending, I noticed the latest in fire-fighting equipment:

Not the big red thing with hoses out the back, but a black sports car with flashing light on top that presumably can get to incidents quicker than the fire engines (not very good at carrying ladders though).
