Old garage site behind on West Green Road

Hi - does anyone know what is happening with the land on the corner of West Green Road and Caversham Road? Haven't heard anything about it recently.

The site has been flattened now, no trees left standing

By the way, i live in Langham road, and I never received any letters about progress on the site. All very strange? I do remember that someone raised the very valid objection that how could it possibly be safe for heavy goods vehicles entering the site entrance on a narrow road, opposite the school entrance for Park View. Hundreds of kids milling around/ crossing the road/ parents collecting in cars = disaster waiting to happen. This summer the entrance was moved to West Green road, and voila work starts on the site.
