Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Hi,

I've just moved to a new house and both my neighbours think the fence we share belongs to me.

Could anyone tell me how I could find out which fence is mine to replace?

Also where could I get a plan of the boundaries, one of the fence looks like it's encroaching on my land quite a bit.

Thanks!

In practice it's quite tough to find out. Here are some tips from the Land Registry

Did you pay a solicitor to deal with your sale? If so, they should have established all of this for you. If they haven’t, you should go back to them – if they won’t help, report them to their professional body. If you're renting, then this is down to your letting agent or landlord to sort out.
