A little shout out for HOL and tradesman I found here

We recently moved into the borough and had one of those moving experiences where everything broke or needed quite significant work doing to it by the time we moved in. I have to say during those 2 weeks this forum was an absolute god send as I spent nearly every day using it to look for local tradesmen recommendations. 

Just when we thought the problems were over we discovered the boiler was basically condemned and had been fitted in such a way that it posed to anyone near it. We got 4 quotes in, including one from British Gas and CG Gas. 

CG Gas came in around 1000 cheaper than any of the other quotes and provided the most impressive estimate in terms of the level of detail and explanation about the problem. They pulled strings to get our new boiler fitted straight away and the work was cleanly, quickly and professionally completed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.
