Last week Cem at the Cafe Lemon extended his too often hidden home made range with a new line of home made pies. He tells me they're completely home made using fresh ingredients. The range currently includes:
Each is served with four vegetables and mash or chips - £7.45 - or to you HoL members, just £6.45. Just print off the attached the attached voucher voucher and hand it to the staff member when you pay (until the end of May).
Cem's done a good job of creating a Green Lanes business that provides a welcoming space for many locals. I hope our continuing support will ensure it continues to do so.

Not yet, but we are trying out recipes.
I love cafe lemon, all the food is good and excellent value, but yes I hope they get some veggy options soon
Thinking about home made pies - thanks for the cue Hugh - I've sometimes wondered whether it would be commercially viable for a café or restaurant to have a limited buy-in from local cooks. For example, we have a family member whose cherry pie is delectable. Once word got around I can imagine the queues round the block.
very like indeed! Save one for me, Cem! (and love to C and hoping to catch up soon, btw x :) )
