Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Here we go again...

Erik the cat was last seen on Monday night, August 29th. He's not come back for breakfast or dinner, which is highly unusual for him. He's now been gone 24 hours. He's a blue / grey tabby with white back legs and white toes on his front paws. He's also got some white under his chin, and a cream colour around his whiskers. He's neutered and microchipped, but does not currently have a collar.

He is extremely shy and you won't be able to go near him.

If you see him, please call me on 0793 0674 955. I miss him, and his dad and sister (see photo) miss him too. Please check your sheds and other places he could have been locked in.

He's likely to be in the gardens somewhere between Seymour and Hewitt, probably on the Wightman Road side of the passage.

Last time one of my cat tribe went missing she was actually found at the top of Seymour by a lovely HoL member, I am really hoping the same will happen again now.. Hopefully he's gone hunting, got carried away and got a bit lost.

I agree anette and it is very worrying.

I would be interested whether the cats tend to go missing overnight? or whether it is anytime during the day.

Update: No update really, he's still missing, and I'm so worried about him. It's been a month now, and I can't believe no one's seen him? To anyone with gardens between Sweymour and Hewitt - please have an extra look, you might spot him.

I doubt he's gone that far, he's probably keeping the rodent population in the area down to feer himself, but I'd much rather he was here to I could spoil him with some tinned cat food..

My regular calls to Veolia has not resulted in anything, thank god. No dead cats in the area so far. What else can I do?

HELP!

I just had a call from someone who thought they might have seen my cat in the passage between Seymour and Warham. If anyone in that area sees this, please keep an eye out!

Thanks!

I will, haven't spotted him yet but it looks like there's every chance he's not far away.
I went round to the house where they'd spotted him. Turned out they'd seen a white cat.. :(
Happy to report that the runaway has been located, around 20 houses up the road, safe and well. A woman there has been feeding him. Now, with him being a wild beast, I can't seem to get my mitts on him to bring him home! Any ideas?

I'm very glad he's been found safe and well - you must be so relieved and happy. As I'm fairly new to cat owning I'm afraid I don't have any tips for getting him home.
