One more from your neighbours in the east - permission to demolish the two burnt-out buildings in the Wards Corner site. Survey result and costs here.
By an amazing coincidence, this was submitted on 17th June, five days before the appeal court threw out the Grainger plan to demolish the whole site.
LBH has left these builings to rot since the fire some ten years ago. Now it's urgent that they are demolished. It's a funny old world.

There's also a plan to build a third floor onto number 55 Beechfield Road, corner of Beechfield and Oakdale, turning it into a one-bed flat and maisonette, and a new three storey house on the garden next door.
Seems rather over-designed for the area to me - otherwise it's all two storey houses.
