Mohammed from Alpha Turnpike Lane Locksmiths is excellent, he changed ours recently. He's on ‭075 3523 0324‬ & ‭020 8881 4400‬.

Seconding this - when i  described our problem Mohammad diagnosed and told me how to fix it. I'm notr a confident DIY er so said was happy to pay.  He came on time and repaired the lock, demonstrating as he went how could have done it. Hugely recommend!
