Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!
Automatic car wash?
Since the Sainsbury's one is on the blink again, does anyone know of a working automatic carwash or jetwash facility in this part of London? I don't want to pay £20 to one of the 'modern slavery' hand carwashes - just clean off the muck and moss from the outside.

The BP one on Hornsey Rise, almost at the top of the rise before you descend to Crouch End Broadway, is pretty reliable, I only recall one closure recently and they told me accurately it would and did open the following morning after servicing;

PS - Sainsbury's itself has just launched a big makeover, bigger fresh veg aisles, new frozen food layout, 'free from' moved to a bigger display, reduced clothes/homewares in-house shelves since they all can be bought from the Argos/Habitat window now. From now to December.
The car wash must be near the end of its lifespan too..... I hope!
