He missed chapter and verse about this on Harringay Online (or perhaps he didn't - we've been on page 1 of Google search results for "Harringay Tube Station" for years) - https://harringayonline.com/forum/topics/tube-station-in-harringay

Wow - amazing

I commented on his video with the same link and another link to HoL to help users with their Harringay / Haringey confusion. Both seem to have been deleted. I wonder why?

I've just stuck a link to your piece on the video comments, be interesting to see if it stays ;o)

Sorting the comments by 'Newest first' just now [2 hours later], can't see it...

A bit pointed, given the information quality of some of the other 250 comments.

A couple do have URL links, so it may well not be a blanket autoblocker.

Youtube algos remove external links in comments as a matter of course. Youtube and some other Google family links are usually fine (the only links remaining in the comments on this video).

Makes sense

You may be right. Creators can set their videos to automatically remove any comments with url-based links. They can still choose to approve those comments, but often choose not to if they don't want people visiting the posted links.

Comments with links on the new video Adam has posted were also quickly deleted. I've tried posting the comments with descriptive rather than url-based links - we'll see how that goes: five minutes in, they've survived.

A following up re: the possible Colina Rd siting of the tube station

Funny to see that in 2010 London Assembly member for Enfield and Haringey, Joanne McCartney, saw it appropriate to waste time asking if a tube/overground interchange could be established at the Harringay Green Lanes site (500m from Manor House).

Less funny is that she appears to have failed up to become London's current Statutory Deputy Mayor since then.
