Not very local, but in the past, I’ve used Gilmartin Ley (https://www.gilmartinley.co.uk/expertise/valuation), in Winchmore Hill. Their website now is very corporate, but the rubric mentions valuations for “a single apartment”, so they might be worth contacting if there are no closer recommendations.
