Exchanging Out of Date Visitors Parking Permits

Does anyone know the 2023 situation re: exchanging Visitor Parking Permits. I've got a load that expire at the end of this year.

I've read Hugh's thread from 2018

But was wondering if anyone had up to date experience.

Great question, so do I.

My current understanding is that the council are refusing to exchange them, but I would suggest that they follow the Royal Mail model when they changed their stamp format, they exchanged them. Happy to accept an electronic credit on the online system.

Hi there; Sell them, give them away. You won't be able to exchange them or anything. Advise was to not buy as many next time. I'm the secretary of the Haringey over 50s Forum and we had a speaker from the parking permits department come to a meeting last week. This is what she said to us. Regards, James
