Some of our brightest scientists and artists had very troubled childhoods. This is not some random idiot taking their genes out of the gene pool, this is going to be part of the biggest medical scandal the world has ever seen. It will make the lobotomies scandal look tiny, and this is the gene pool we get our future creative intellectuals from. We all need to worry.

No, it’s an extreme form of body modification and nothing to do with gender reassignment. Some of those who take part also have limbs, noses and ears removed. This isn’t really the place to go into details but you can Google it if you wish
