Why does that not surprise me. Haringey council can't run a bath.

It mainly covers the period that the stock was being managed by Homes for Haringey, not the council

very well said! And again this council is not even managing them well. They are eg not meeting the anticipated turnaround time of applications of 90days - they are weeks off it!
