hi Liz i did come to join in this thursday 28th and the entrance reception knew nothing so sadly did not find you, i went to good ol chestnuts cafe for lovely poached eggs on toast instead in end. Next thursday?? geraldine

Sorry that you missed us. The entrance reception staff are probably not clued up about us despite there being a poster there! Next week, carry on through the gates and turn right immediately. There is a big house directly in front of you called Mayfield House. We gather there in front of the house at 2. If you are a little late, carry on to the Peace Garden behind with the picnic tables where the Black Mulberry and the enormous oak tree are (and a horse chestnut that has split in two!) and we will be doing our initial breathing and nature exercises on the lawn. We usually set off for a walk anytime between 2.20 and 2.30 (never too far or too fast and geared to the needs of our walkers) to somewhere on the site and then gather again on the Peace Garden Lawn around 3 to 3.15 for tea, nourishment and, if Sara is with us, some qigong exercises.  Hopefully you'll be able to spot us next week.

This is me with Sara at the Horse Chestnut on the Peace Garden Lawn behind Mayfield House which you can see behind us in the photo.
