Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Looking to buy a house in Harringay! If anyone is selling we'd love to hear from you!

Hi everyone,

I've loved living in my flat on the ladder for the past 6 years. Now we have a puppy and a baby on the way, my partner and I are looking for more space and are keen to buy a house with a garden.

My flat is under offer to chain-free buyers however since the market is so quiet we are struggling to find somewhere to move to. We're looking anywhere in Harringay and closer to Turnpike Lane. In case anyone is selling then we'd love to hear from you!

Thanks,

Caroline

Try looking in Noel Park.

There's a nice 2 bedroom house for sale on Avondale Road. Its on Rightmove with Anthony Pepe. Avondale is a fantastic street for young families (quiet, street play days through the summer and close to several good schools, Chestnuts and Woodlands Park nursery). Its also 2mins walk from Green Lanes but is isolated from the downsides which that can entail.

We are in the process of getting appraisals on a three bed house in need of modernisation in Roseberry Gardens. Although it is liveable-in it would be a 'project'  due ghastly windows , a mish-mash  fireplaces, only basic wiring (but fully  functioning central heating). Apparently both the main attic and that over the rear extension can be converted together.

It's probably too big a project with a baby on the way, but you would be welcome to take a look.

Thanks so much for your reply. Sounds like a great project but we've had an offer accepted on somewhere and are moving to Palmers Green! If anything changes I'll be in touch. All the best for your sale

Thank you for letting me know.  I do hope it all goes smoothly for you!
