Oh, we Dr Who fans are fickle. 10 minutes into the first episode, I could barely conjure up David Tennant's face, so impressed was I by this the 11th and latest incarnation of Doctor Who
Matt Smith was superb in the toughest gig of all, facing the geekverse as the new Doctor.
Beautiful new steampunk style TARDIS, great writing from my favourite Doctor writer, Stephen Moffat (never was a huge fan of Russell's episodes) and what a beautiful girl the new assistant, Karen Gillan, is!
I am so looking forward to the next episode...

Came across an intriguing obituary heading back in December:
'DOCTOR WHO ATTENDED JFK IN DALLAS'
That of course was 22nd December 1963, about 7pm GMT.
So don't diss the original TARDIS which got him to the BBC to launch the first series on 23rd December 1963.
That was more than 43 1/2 years ago, of course.
