or are willing to solder two wires for me if you'd rather not lend out your iron.
I've got a pair of headphones, and the wires connecting the drivers have come away and looks like it should be a reasonable easy fix.
If you are able to lend me one, I'll be able to get it back to you within a few hours.
Cheers
Rich

If you get some solder, you can use a blowtorch. I recently did this (with the help of YouTube) to solder back on the front of my big brass front door knob. I had little faith that it'd work, but it seems to be holding.
My butane canister ran out I'm afraid, but you can get pick one up pretty cheaply - just a blowtorch head which you attach to an aerosol can size of butane. I bought it originally to blast-kill some ivy that was deeply embedded in our garden wall. It's a pretty useful tool to have in your toolbox.
Thanks, I have a blow touch (although it's a catering one, but I worry it would be a bit spray and pray given the size of the actually connections I'd need to solder and the amount of plastic around it. Thanks for the tip though :)
Check on YouTube. I imagine you could melt the solder on something like the tip of a screwdriver and quickly transfer it to the desired location before it solidifies.
Hi, I have a soldering iron that'll probably do it, & solder. I'm at the southern end of the ladder. DM me with contact no. if you want to take this further.
