Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Hi folks,

Our pepper mill has finally bit the dust & is beyond repair. I refuse to buy one of those disposable plastic ones from the supermarket. Next option is to order a decent replacement online, although delivery times are quite long at the moment (understandably given the number of parcels being sent through Royal Mail).

Which begs a frightening question: How long can man survive without freshly cracked black pepper? I give myself about 2-3 days before the cold sweats begin...

So I thought it worth asking if anyone happens to have a spare pepper mill gathering dust in the back of a kitchen cupboard?

Best,

Dan

We have two spare. Both are empty. Contact me through HoL mail and we can arrange to bring one or both to you. One is a large, supermarket pepper mill which is empty and has a very efficient grinding mechanism (which is why I didn't want to dispose of it!); the other is a smaller glass one, with a reasonably efficient mechanism, as I recall. You are welcome to both. I suggest you take both and see which works best, and keep the other in reserve.
